It's nice that they immediately start with the fight. No flashbacks or other time wasting efforts. It will be very interesting how the fight between Mr. Captain Commander and Haschwald will go. Kyoraku without using Bankai shoul have real problems with the Nr.2 of the Quincy. He even split Ichigo's Bankai in half. And it will be interesting to see when Ichigo and Urahara's group will intervene.

His costume makes him look like a daffodil.

God, Mayuri is such a weird bad-ass, got to love him.

Guy comes from the 'shadows', Mayuri comes out from a fucking door from thin air wearing a sun suit. lol



Glad the wait is finally over and it seems we're jumping straight into things, can't wait to see what happens next.

The shadow thing was a bit weird, but I wouldn't say it was exactly 100% an ass-pull. As far as we know Quincy are more powerful depending on how much Reishi is around.(We don't even know the extent of their powers since we have had only Ishida as our example of what a Quincy is and can do until now) The Soul Society is just pure reishi all around, so I imagine they can do some pretty crazy shit with it.

At least it gets “explained” where such a huge army was hidden all this time.

This final arc could be interesting.

It's a different dimension created by Juha Bach, there's no way for Shinigami to notice it, also Juha Bach is a nice character, when he sliced the quincies arms off when he first appeared he said he didn't like fighting, he just wants to kill the shinigami for killing his own and after that he might have other plans for the Soul King because he was asking Aizen to be on his side despite Aizen wasn't a quincy.

Toshiro has Hyourinmaru fixed up, wonder if he learned anything new or at least being able to keep his Bankai up longer.



His bankai was stolen, there is no bankai.
