Pretty fun chapter. I liked seeing that Rukia wasn't completely useless against the Hollow, though more importantly Chad managing to beat up the Hollow without even being able to perceive is very amusing, especially his little "Yeah, got 'im". That and stuff like him caring about where he places the parakeet before leaving to help Rukia has done a good job of making him a memorable and likable addition to the main cast.

This Chad is a very interesting guy ahahaha

He can't hear them either. Otherwise he would not need to ask Rukia where the ghost is because he (Chad) could know where the ghost is following his (ghost's) voice.



And... wtf with that strength? Is it related to the scar in his back? To him being able to talk and interact with the parakeet? Does he maybe have some special ability, like Ichigo's had before being shinigami (remember, Ichigo was able to see ghost even when he was just an average human)? Damn, so many questions...



It was already suspicious that he could stand the hit of the steel beam in the previous chapter...
