So many questions Kubo is bad at answering..White ichi (Hollow Ichigo) is part of Zangetsu, so if Zangetsu disappeared/died it means white Ichi will disappear/died too.

What you think that Stark(arancar) is 'hollow version of shinigami - Oetsu", well... weaker version but still...

Stark created Lilineto(or how she was called) from his own 'body' while as for shinigamis, zanpakuto is associated with shinigami.

Stark created only 1 'subordinate'. Oetsu - many more(girly) subordinates.

Their subordinate living their own live besides their masters.

In both cases (Oetsu & Stark) their subordinate will change into weapon.

I guess that Oetsu is smarter and he developed better method or just STark doesn't bother to make more subordinate?

One big thing that differ Oetsu&Stark is that they both materialized their subordinates not just kept them in their 'inner world'
