I predict that EVERY Soul Reaper in the SS is gonna die.  All of them will be coincidentally reincarnated as human beings in Karakura Town and work at or attend Ichigo's high school.  



Rukia will be a student.  Yama-ji will be the Principal and Sasikibe will be his vice.  Soi-Fon will teach gym for the females.  Mayuri will teach either chemistry or biology.  Byakuya will teach Japanese history.  Rangiku, and Unohana will be guidance counselors.  Zaraki will be the basketball coach and Ikkaku and Renji will be his assistants.



Yumichika and Komamura will be the only two that don't work at the high school.  Yumichika'll be the owner of his own beauty salon and Komamura will be reincarnated in the form of an actual dog and become Ichigo's pet.



Everything will be wrapped up with a nice, neat bow to top it off.

No, he actually meant Ishida is literally a Genius like Einstein. Ishida's intelligence could quite possibly rival that of Urahara's. That's why Kurotsuchi said "For one so young to be able to use this technique, you are a Genius". There's a reason why he is also the number one student in a Japanese school, has completely mastered Reishi as a 17 year old kid, and arguably his two biggest fights in Bleach were against two other Genius/Mad Scientists. That's because he Really Is a Genius.

How many times has Ichigo "awakened" now? It's getting a bit ridiculous really.

now a thought struck me - Ichigo being half quincy adds even more fuel to the idea that Royal Guards will be enemies for the end of this arc - If RG are "as hardcore as the yamamoto-led Divisions" were, they would have no qualms with the idea of eradicating every bit of quincy in the world - which would include both Ichigo and Ishdia.



Hell, if Ichigo really is a child of shinigami(Isshin) and quincy(Masaki), Royal Guard might view him as an abomination.



But at the same time, this makes Ichigo a perfect example of co-existence - a co-habitation of quincies and shinigami.



Betting on Ichigo-influenced third side in the war, vying for the end of this conflict, making Ichigo have to go against both VR and Royal Guard.
