While I understand what you get at I do not think that setting such precaution would be of any trouble for Aizen. It's the kind of "I don't think I'll ever use it but since I can do that in a split second and just maybe it'll save my ass, why not?"
He said it himself, the only man that can outwit him is Urahara and he also considered that he would face him at some point.
Also Aizen always was the kind of guy to take precautions but this changed when he fused with the Hogyouku just like Urahara mentionned. That was also what gave Urahara the opportunity to trap him. Aizen started to think of himself as invincible after he fused with the Hogyouku, before that he took many many precaution because he considered himself vulnerable in some ways.
You're not making much sense to prove your point.
Aizen always was the kind of guy to take precautions? like when? He was "just as planned" guy from the beginning who never doubt in his plans to take precautions like "if and when i will be defeated then save me and wait for confusion and mess etc", And no. He didn't really feared Urahara to make a precautions like that. He was actually very clever to get rid of Urhara from Soul Society and Urhara was unable to do a single thing against him despite knowing what are his plans and what he can do.
Oh and the way Urahara trapped him was much bigger hax than Aizen transformations. Seriously FGT was enough but again as i said in other topic bleach power levels are messed up.
This war and confusion is the best chance for him to get out but there are better ways. First of all quincies should be the one to rescue him because they should know what he did to soul society and how powerful he is and they should want a companion like that. "I hypnotized someone and it goes just as planned" will be the most lamest way to get him out of prison and i really hope kubo won't take this route again.
