Besides if Tsukishima was really everyones friend and cousin and Urahara did what he did after Ichigo said those words, shouldn't we have known Tsukishima already?

Not if Urahara did that somewhere before/after his mother's death but before the start of series.

Its obvious that there's something really wrong with the situation right now:

1. Isshin and Urahara is doing something with unknown third character.

2. Tsukishima has yet to make ANY SORT of demand towards Ichigo, cause something truly malevolent against anyone or actually say what his intentions are.

3. Ginjou has yet to say how and why he knows Ichigo's father. Or why he has that supposedly dead shinigami's badge.

4. FB's so far are very untrustworthy bunch with their facial expressions, Ginjou going out of his way to make Ichigo not trust Urahara, Riruka feeling guilty.

5. Timing for Ichigo's encounters with Tsukishima is way too perfect - the first time encounter with Ishida happens right after Ichigo first reject Ginjou's offer, the first time FBs let ichigo out he came up right to Tsuki's encounter with Inoue, second time he walked home when Tsuki was there. And then Ichigo just so happens to run into Ginjou.

6. Tsukishima is implied to be hiding. He does not want to appear in public or on camera, has a very VERY small range of contacts and avoid long appearances in public.

7. SS record in the badge with ominous cut-off line and malevolent hidden smile of Ginjou.

8. Ichigo's dream he keeps dreaming but forgets every time.

9. Exactly why all those sides are interested in Ichigo.

10. We still do not know the real reason why Ukitake gave Ichigo the badge or what that badge represents. He said its "'official shinigami substitute badge", but no one recognised or knew what it was and we even had that ominous scene of Ishida feeling VERY uneasy around that thing.

11. We still do not know on if and how the private school is important. the "bag thief" ginjou used, the bullies that assaulted Ishida in the school and shishiwara all belong to that very same private school.

12. Interesting fact that Tsukishima's name meaning is connected to Moon, which is a strong theme of kurosaki family men.

13. GInjou's supposed reason for helping Ichigo does not make sense, since most of fbs are shown to be prideful of their powers and enjoy them. Not to mention that its obviously not the real reason.

14. The non-chalant way Ichigo's supposed power-up was revealed. Shonen power-ups usually happen in fight with much fanfares. This?  very very casual glance of how it looks, making me think that its not exactly GOOD THING that Ichigo got that form.

It's funny how everyone claim that Tsukishima manipulate memories like it was a damn fact when it's not

If it's memories exactly or something else is not clear but it does seem to mess with their minds in some way so why shouldn't people assume that?

I'll quote my post in page 2

People who liked this chapter is lame, come on brain washing powers, are the most lamest plot in the world. but I do agree this guy is a bigger troll then Aizen. Also Ichigo running all over the place was so stupid.

Implying that Tsukishima altered someone memories when I'm pretty much sure he never altered anyone's memories.

His fullbring is a sword, a sword that can cut through anything and by anything you can also include kido, fullbring or anything else that can be as abstract as it want.

What if Tsukishima was really Ichigo's cousin but that for some reason some people made everyone forget about him. The only thing that he is doing is cutting the lock that retained the memories about him.

Unlike Fai I am thinking that Tsukishima does not side with Ginjou but is there to make sure that Ginjou's plan do not suceed whatever it is.

Actually I'm starting to think that the one that made everyone forget about Tsukishima is actually Urahara, Isshin and the unintroduced shinigami. By 'taking aways your son's future' they could simply mean that they are planing to wipe his and his friend's memories about the soul society and the shinigamis.

Urahara noticed that Ichigo started to ask himself some unnecessary question such as 'Why was Aizen doing this?' 'Was Aizen as bad as he made himself look?'

To Urahara having Ichigo return being a Shinigami in this state would only cause problem in the future hence why he's not against having him forget about everything.

Hmm...I see. Not a bad theory and actually it would be awesome if it came to be, especially the theory on Urahara afraid of ichigo continuing Aizen's work as a motive to act as you said. Is very good but what makes me not assume that Tsukishima is really releasing their true memories and staff is that i actually don't give Kubo the credit of having the ability to pull that twist on us considering the not very innovate work he has done the last few years.

The only good twist he pulled threw the whole manga was Aizen's revelation as an evil guy in Soul Society. After that he was pretty straight forward. There is a twist somewhere in there but it will probably be more lame.

The Ichigo turning against the Soul King possibility is very likely but I just can't see him pulling a twist of the kind of "your memories where fake", right now. Besides if Tsukishima was really everyones friend and cousin and Urahara did what he did after Ichigo said those words, shouldn't we have known Tsukishima already?

I thought that this chapter was pretty thrilling. Was hoping he would go ape shit though, because that's what i thought he would of done.
