Inoue powered up!

Inoue is always claiming that she'll get stronger. I feel like this wont be any different.

So she upgraded her shield, yay. That hardly helps really. (I've never liked Inoue, she's annoying.)



Other than Inoue being in the chapter, it was awesome!

Trolled again lol!



And I never thought I'd say this, but Orihime is a much more appealing character than she ever was during the previous arc.

so only another 5 page chapter again this month, huh?



have to admit, we've been so drilled with inoue being weak i really didnt expect her shield to do jack shit, so that was a nice surprise.

i was under the impression that since its now "4-heaven" instead of "3-heaven", she was using 4 fairies for the shield, and had stopped healing ichigo to block the attack, but could be wrong on that.



edit: my mistake, went back and checked the the heal bubble was still around him when the shield went up, so nevermind on that note.

It was great. inoue is so confident, i think i fell in love!

Just as expected Inoue DID get stronger and its nice that she actually has confidence now. With the way her personality is right now, she might even actually have enough killing intent for her normal attack to work(since if we remember, Inoue's powers work very similarly to hogyoku and act on her emotions and are as strong as her own emotional state is, so theoretically if she completely dedicated herself on killings someone she could kill anyone. ).



Also this chapter made me pretty clear that the mystery-shinigami is NOT rukia. I expect something really surprising, for example Unagya, Aizen or someone completely unexpected(someone we never ever would suspect, for example Ichigo's "dead" mother) .



It is nice that we do not get everything revealed at once and plot is brought little by little, adding some mystery and suspense to the plot. Just on whose side is Tsukishima? Could Ginjou's side actually be the badguys? What is Urahara and Isshin planning? What is that fuss at SS Ichigo hear through badge about? How is that private school connected to Tsukishima and what is happening? Why tsukishima is hiding? From whom?

EDIT: also for Orihime? That was not even her full power. She was healing Ichigo and countering Ginjou effortlessly at the same time . 4 "fairies" to heal Ichigo and 2 to counter tsukishima with her new ability. Makes you wonder what she could do with all six fairies at once.

Nice power-up for Inoe.

I doubt orihime will ever have the intent to kill, her personality is everything but that, so yes she might have a stronger resolve, but thats it!



I'm really glad Kubo decided to improve her character/powers :)!



So far all of ichigo's friends have been sliced by tsukishima..coincidence much?

Thought we were gonna get the shinigami reveal when I started reading. Should've known it was too good to be true. At least Hime actually did something over the time skip.

I agree, soul society would not be just sitting around, besides I think Aizen would be doing better things then chilling with urahara/isshin if he was released.

So Inoue added Tsubaki to her shield so that she doesn't feel bad causing harm to the enemy. Good idea. Attack is the best defense?

It would seem Inoue might have gained some new spirits. 12 in total I think like the petals on those hair pins or its 2 petals per spirit. Looking forward to Sado transformation.



Now where did Visards go? Was Inoue training with Hacchigen or with Fullbringers?



Mysterious Shinigami being afro man would be greatest troll ever. Her being Ichigo mom would be probably visible on Isshin's face.
