Bleach Chapter 44 Discussion

They got their powers because they were close to Ichigo when he was in Shinigami mode.

Ishida claiming to have started all of this because he’s able to protect every citizen in town makes me dislike this character even more. If Orihime and Chad wouldn’t have developed their powers thanks to Ichigo’s influence, many people would have died because of Ishida.

Finally, in this chapter, they gave at least some explanation of where Orihime and Chad got such power!

Orihime and Chad unlocked their inborn powers thanks to Ichigo's spirit energy when he was in shinigami mode. Ichigo did not give them superpowers, they already had them, his strong spiritual presence was just the push they needed to unlock them. Otherwise Tatsuki, Karin, Mizuiro etc, all his other friends who came in contact with him, on a regular basis would have had some kind of powers too, which they don't. Makes sense for now I guess, but that begs the question, what are they actually if not shinigamis?

                        What the heck?? Is it for real??? What Urahara is saying not a liE?!!! MAn how's that possible... Shit then Ichi has to be ridiculously strong to modify his friends souls!!! That can't be possible man!!! That's too much IMHO... It like Ichigo is a radioactive pure element and he asily changes all those people around him... Damn.... and so w'r back to Ichigo... and h finally faces with Ishida once again.... Will this mean they will have a hand on hand fiight or they will simply have a talk and then join forces to dstroy th remaining arriving Hollows from the evil dimesion XD Oh Rukia and Kon ar with them...YAY Rukia XD
