Bleach Chapter 16 Discussion

It was a great episode, because the mod met the real person he was inside of which was Ichigo. Also nice battle.

Good wrap-up to the arc, the Mod Soul is a pretty likable character here, I like him risking it just to save the ants from being crushed, fits his backstory and makes him pretty likable after his more disruptive beginning. I like Ichigo being on his side and I really liked Rukia saving him at the end there. My memory of her being the best character has been pretty on-point thus far.



More theme songs revealed. Orihime's is Elsa's "T'en va pas" and Chad's is Hellacopters' "No Song Unheard". I ended up rather liking both songs, with Chad's probably being my favourite of the four. So far Rukia's theme is the only one I haven't added to my playlist. I really like that Orihime's theme is a French song from the mid-80's, it's nice to see this level of diversity.

That double Ichigo attack was great.

He didn’t got killed and Ichigo actually cared at the end, I don’t know were you got that from.. but whatever.



Anyway, unexpected ending to a nice little story! I thought this would have a much more linear plot but went actually a little deeper then that, I liked this.

                        Wow... Nice conclusion for the Mod-soul mess XD... Man that Mod-Soul was scared to no end... Well let0s face it... we would feel the same if your creators suddenly decided to do that to you and your fellow partners.... Indeed... Soul Society is quite an evil thing... At least this alternate Ichi is safe for now... No idea what will Rukia will do to him, but saving him from the hands of Urahara was the best for that poor soul...Oh so a Hollow appeared and the Mod-Soul barely saved the the delinquent kids XD.. He had some nice moves... Nice way to close an arc... this one has been the best so far... Some drama, some action, lots of comedy, bits of school life moments and nice characs :P
