I think Eva is his special someone. They're both ME users, immortal?, 10 yr old bodies, and Negi got an extremely close up view of Eva. Most importantly, as his master, she owns him.

Those girls have found some interesting uses for their artifacts. It seems like Natsumi in particular is getting quite a bit of use.

Now that you mention it; that sounds very likely but at the same time then would the reason he turned red like an apple is because he got embarrassed in front of so many people because isn't it normal to care for your siblings? i don't see why even he would turn red about it; but at the same time i don't see him liking anyone in the class hence why i believe your guess is likely.

This keeps getting wierder and weirder, or more like over the top: all this display of strenght to make a 10 year old kid say who does he likes. But damn Chizuru was damn painful this time... speaking of her, could someone tell me which chapter is it that Negi makes a pactio with her? I kinda forgot.



EDIT: Never mind, was a very tiny scene in chapter 340.
