Mahou Sensei Negima! Chapter 300 Discussion

Asuna's words about Negi were surprisingly deep. And the fights are as good as always. Negi sure isn't holding back, and not giving others a chance to fight xD. Need more. I'm disappointed though that this is the 300th chapter but no color pages for celebration :3.

Negi really developped through the story, when you compare it with the one from the first few chapter you can't really beleive that it is the same guy both in attitude, mindset, power and assurance.





In drawing too, Ken's drawing of Negi has evolved over time too, shown through the one panel flashback of the first chapter.



Anyway, seems like they are delaying Mana/Zazie's sister. Not a big issue, a chapter dedicated on Asuna (& Negi/Nagi) makes a lot more sense for a landmark chapter like 300 than something focusing on Mana.

Getting down to it, who does Negi actually like?  The Negi x Nodoka in me want to say Nodoka (=P), but realistically, I don't feel he likes any of the girls in "that way" of 3A.

Well, did anyone consider that she herself might be falling for Negi because he seems older than her?



The other girls have said in the past he feels a lot older than them.

I did think it was a little melodramatic, but getting to hear from the real Asuna again made it worth it to me. I guess she's matured too.
