No, that's the real Tsukuyomi, which is why she looks so pissed. The wooden doll comment was somewhat poorly translated; what she was talking about was killing the wooden doll (Collete, the magic world native) first.
She'll still have to return to the kitchen tough.

On another note, let's try to guess who will fight who:
- Setsuna Vs Tsukuyomi (obviously)
- Kaede Vs Dynamis (unless Nodoka destroy him first. Hahaha!!)
- Nodoka and Yue Vs the Pantless Duo (they won't have any chance)
- Ku Fei Vs The Killer Sound Wave Girl (both have long distance weapons, so...)
- Negi Vs Fate (does i really need to explain?)
And we'll see a lot of surprises, this is Negima afer all.
Well I somewhat agree with this but first we have to know who will be in the infiltration teams. The team are not to divide further which means that there's a possible of two battle at a time (But Ken could do the ''oh there's 2 path, let's split up my friend'' kind of castle searching.)
I beleive that the teams will be as follow.
Jonny-san team -> The useless trio, Makie and Yuuna
Paru team -> Asakura, Haruna, Chachamaru, Sayo
Rescue Anya team -> Kotarou, Konoka, Nodoka, Yue and Kaede
Defeat Fate -> Negi, Shiori, Ku-fei, Chisame, Mana, Setsuna

Asuna and Anya are both captured. Negi, Mana and Chisame (maybe another one) are keeping quiet about it, I guess they do not want to uselessly worry the rest of the teams. Shiori will act as Asuna until they save the real one.

Anyways, our Little Birdy was a tad confusing this chapter, unless it was White Wings messing up a translation again. They made it seem like either Asuna could switch mentally with Birdy (forgive me, she's a forgettable character. Her name has only been mentioned twice before) or something akin to that. Should have made the separate personalities of herself and psuedo-Asuna more clear.
Her name is Shiori lol.
Well the spell lasted only until Negi found out, now she's trying to act like Asuna and she fail which is suspicious to some people.
It seems like the spell gives her a case of multiple personality disorder, as the Asuna personality that was implanted in her was arguing with her own personality during that scene.
