I sure hope those posting here didn't read the White Wings release. It seemed like a really rushed translation.
"Day: First...Day: Second...Day: Third", "Let this sister gives you some vigor", "You still haven't got any clue", "You're a ten years old boy, and are not the one I admired", "Then I must form a pactio with Negi-kun. No, I must do it with Negi-kun".
This chapter reminded me of the training arcs in Dragon Ball. 'Specially that large boulder with "Defeat Rankan-san" on it.
Rushed or not, as far as I know Whitewings are the only one translating it aren't they?

That wasn't the best chapter but at least the love quarrel is over and we can go to the last part of negi's training.
Yeah I thought they would drag on the pactios longer, so I'm happy they got rid of it in one chapter.
However, I'm a little skeptical about the series moving on, it seems like it has really slowed down, and that's never a good thing.
Maybe I'm being a little impatient, but with Bleach and Naruto going around in circles, FMA will be gone in about 3 weeks, and I don't read One Piece, Negima is my last hope for a fast pace shounen manga. (well half shounen anyways)
Yeah it has slowed down a bit but that's because there's a lot of things that must be done before going to beat Fate.
Imo it's still better than having Negi overcome his Magia erebea problem (which lasted about 50 chapter), resolution of the love triangle that lasted a lot of chapter as well + pactio carnival in like 3 or 4 chapter alone.
Negima is still fast paced compared to Bleach or Naruto, you just need to give it time, even material we consider uninteresting must be covered =/

Technically, Del Rey translate it too, just a lot slower =D
3 Pactios in 3 days? This kid's gonna be a smooth criminal.
And I bet Akira is next. She almost did it in the previous chapter, so I'm sure she'll convince herself it's a good idea.
