THIS IS AN MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER.

                ----------------------------------------

So Negi releases all his techniques he learned.

And they all finally get together again.

Still Anya is missing though. :/

Well, Asuna is perhaps the closest to Negi and she is always concerned for him a whole lot more than the others (including Nodoka). Asuna knows more than anyone that Negi pushes his limits without any concern for himself.

Of course there's a toll to pay. It was already hinted at in this chapter. Things aren't forbidden without a reason.

Seriously, am I the only one who finds it strange that Asuna is the only one who is concerned about Negi's dark magic?

I think the dark magic will hurt him.

Ah, finally Mangaaddicted released :P

A really great fight, Negi decimated them! :P

I liked the meetings, and i cant wait for the festival to open tomorrow, where they will probably meet Yue, since she is the one supposed to protect it :P

Yeah well, that's if we ignore the fact that Nodoka recived a time-space bullet during chaos arc in order to save Negi, but seems that doesn't count to you.

That still just shows that she is a support character and she was disposable, so they chose the easiest way to get rid of her, and at the same time get people to feel bad for her as well as cheer for her relationship more!

As excpected from Love Hina's mangaka  :P

Well, the fighting was cool, kinda reminded me of a certain moment from DBZ during the Cell games, should be cool to see it in a real fight (i.e. against Fate). Though the highlight of the chapter was Rakan, like usually but for a different reason then normally. His line about Negi having too strong of an affinity for darkness is an fascinating one & promises some interesting developments.

It's not that Asuna is the most concerned, but she's always the first one to speak. The other characters usually wait for a proper time to talk about the important things. Respecting the battle I think it was preety cool as it was: short and not lasting more than needed, leeting some few pages for the echhi and the comedy (Akamatsu should school Titie Kubo, Hoshino Katsura and Masashi Kishimoto about how to do a manga).

dark negi was so kickass, he took them out pretty fast, and they're party is almost all together

Join the dark side and get a free Cookie

okay it was pretty chanceless for the hunters but the fight wasn't that spectacular.. I hope it looks a lot more awesome with in the Tournament and against Fate and his team.

Yeah well, that's if we ignore the fact that Nodoka recived a time-space bullet during chaos arc in order to save Negi, but seems that doesn't count to you. Nodoka plays the role of the introverted character, insecure of what to do and looking for answers in his oun thoughs with her artifact, so it's hard for her to even talk to Negi, whom she is in love with. Asuna, on the other hand speaks her mind even when she shouldn't, so it looks like she cares for Negi more just because she talks a lot more. About Yue, don't forget that even she admits that what she said during the festival was, in part, her selfish ideas.

That's not right - Nodoka is higher in the "Negi-Love" Ranking according to Kamo.
