Nice chapter, I'm glad to see Negi making such progress and that was quite the realization he had there.  I suppose this means his 'training' is most likely soon to be over and the story will move on.  It still remains to be seen what is up with the other missing people though.

anyways, Negi realizes that all the bad things in his life, he needs to absorbe on to himself, but, before doing so, he gets his conviction allright, and loses his mind, acting on impulse, which is cool, anyways upon realizastion that this enemy is using darkness, and that darkness surrounds him all the time, it looks like tolive on, to continue living even in darkness that surrounds us all, you need to accept it and move on...



since she was using a dark based attack, the only counter, would be to absorbe the darkness and continue living...



or in other words, become that horrible looking black infused thing.

this is getting  interesting though, with the power that he craved, now within him, can he be cool and do sweet stuff?
