GetBackers Chapter 149 Discussion

                        There's still one more chapter left of this arc but this was a pretty touching resolution. I really liked Paul's speech to Reena, Toshiki and Lucifer's scenes were both fitting conclusions to their character arcs, and they might've only gotten Ten Yen from that job it seems, but I really loved seeing Kakeru's story wrap up with the realization that she meant herself dying instead of Osamu. Considering when wrapped up in his telling of the story, I did assume she also meant Kakeru, I can't say I blame him and it was a really touching end.
