GetBackers Chapter 99 Discussion

                        Pretty good chapter. Somewhat a shame that Shido and Emishi just wind up on Ban's side but with the antagonists they've picked out, it was a necessary decision. The drug plot makes more sense, but Ban's in a bad-way. With seven Miroku who want him and date with Akabane, things are looking bad for him. The stuff with Yukihiko at the end was the highlight, the note from Ginji that he's the strongest of the ones he's encountered, followed by Yukihiko's question. The close-up shots followed by the faraway shot with all the birds flying, that made for a striking oh shit impression. Looking forward to seeing where this goes, since I don't really remember.
