Hikaru has defeated Suyong and has now gained his respect (even if he made him cry). The move Hikaru set up came as a surprise to everyone. And Kaio's Go club teacher has acknowledged Hikaru's strength now. To the point of now believing he is on par with Sai. Sai took this as a huge surprise and started having an ominous feeling. Even Hikaru said he would make Akira forget Sai exists, which made Sai feel kinda bad. But he kinda snapped out of it once Hikaru said they'd play as many games as he wanted once they got home. Hopefully this isn't forshadowing Sai disappearing.
