Hikaru is loving these mock tournaments and he's doing really well in his games against older players whom he doesn't know or their skill level. It's really helping him get over his fear and improving his comfort level when it comes to playing random people. Especially older people. He's having a lot of fun and doing really well, so hopefully that translates when it comes time for the pro test.
