Hikaru is startled by Akira, but to his luck, he had the shonen jump page open. Nice to see some classics on the screen. Akira asks Hikaru if he's ever played online and Hikaru lies and tells him no. Akira informs him about Sai and Hikaru laughs it off and tries to divert the attention off of himself so Akira loses suspicion. Akira finally accepts that it simply can't be Hikaru and tells him he doesn't need to worry about ever seeing him again. Hikaru stops him and tells him that if Akira keeps chasing an illusion of him, his real self might catch up to him someday. Akira challenges him, but Hikaru knows he still isn't good enough yet and with that, Akira leaves.

Hikaru tells Sai they can no longer play online since it's getting too hot for them now that everyone wants to know the true identify of Sai. Sai gets a little bummed, but brightens up when Hikaru tells him he'll just have to play against him from now on. Sai is happy since Hikaru has never shown interest in playing against him, but reminds Hikaru that he doesn't own a Go board at home. Hikaru goes to his grandpa's house to challenge him and asks if he'd buy him a nice board if he wins. The first time he played his gramps, gramps got pissed and said he was too slow and to come back when he was ready. This time gramps accepts his challenge and preps the game. Hikaru asks him about the old Go board in the attic and gramps drops a bombshell by saying it's no good and he can't have it. Hikaru asks why and gramps tells him that it's haunted by a ghost that wears a long black eboshi hat. Sai and Hikaru just stare at each other in bewilderment. How does gramps know!? Holy crap. That was really surprising to find out. Can't wait to learn more!

                        ----------------------------------------

The first time he played with his Grandpa, Hikaru was so bad that his Grandpa refused to play with him. I wonder how much he's improved since then...
