Hikaru no Go Chapter 13 Discussion

Akira finally confronts Hikaru, but Hikaru hides from him and refuses to play him until he has reached his skill level. Akira joins the go club at his school as a loophole to try to battle Hikaru sooner. And I'm still waiting on you Tetsuo, to be the third member needed to become an official school club.

both akira and hikaru looking for each other, but hikaru doing it in his own way while akira thinking he will come straight to him lol. he just doesn't know hikaru well enough and he decided for him on his own.



i actually felt the moment for hikaru to decide playing go triggered more by akira's father than akira himself.

                        So Akira does join the Go-club!



But fortunately not the one at Haze!





As expected, graduation came soon and the Go club is still looking for a third member...



Is it going to be Tetsuo or a new character?



I'd be really disappointed if Tetsuo didn't become one of the regulars ;/

Even if there is a new character, I hope Tetsuo joins as well...



Also on a sidenote, I knew that the HoYaY was supposed to be really strong on this one (especially considering that Akira is more beautiful than all the female characters together, the only other beauty being Sai), but I noticed it the first time in this chapter.
