Poor Misa. Losing both of her parents and the justice system failing her. She was also almost murdered later on. With these experiences, it's no wonder she aligned her views with Kira's. However, Ratio's first thoughts were exploiting her, instead of Misa being the example on why he chose to become Kira. Of course Misa isn't innocent in all of this, she is a victim though. She has more right to be psychologically damaged than Ratio. Both angles on the subject are interesting. Misa has dealt with actual tragedy in her life, while Ratio hasn't. I like the introduction of Misa as a character. It shows that Kira has no consideration for what he used to believe in as Ratio. Kira is an evolving monster.
