So many people seem to hate this arc. :/ It wasn't just about Kanda, it gave a lot of insight to the order, and is tied to the current dilemma with the noah. Also, this arc hasn't even been that long, it just feels long because DGM went monthly.



I didn't mean the flashback only. I'm just tired of this one character focus going on right now, even though I would have been crazy about it months ago. Kanda's past is something that's interested a lot of people for a while, but I'm a little disappointed with the result. I just feel like it's been going at a snail's pace. DGM in general hasn't been very enjoyable for me since it came back. The storytelling feels off, for some reason. But that's just my opinion.

I'm just fine with the art, no problem there. The problem is the length! This story arc alone could take years at this rate.



At least it's all interesting. Allen's owned the turban Noah, and now Alma's become an over-powered Akuma...(He reminds me of the Avatar aliens, btw... must be the tail)  I'm curious if Alma's going to focus on killing Kanda or just go ballistic. It'd be interesting if he turned on the Millennial Earl somehow.

I like that the Type 3 exorcists are coming over, if I'm recalling them correctly. The girl said she was going to kill Allen at some point, if I'm remembering right.

As for Lavi and Lenalee, aren't they fighting some Noah at other parts of the world right now? I need to go back and read the last dozen chapters or so.

This was great chapter though I slowly started to forget important things like the settings and the new characters~ And this was quite a short one for this month....but at least we got it.

I loved the action... and I wonder which level is Alma now~~

This chapter would have been ten times more awesome if it was longer. It may have had the same number of pages, but whole pages go by without much happening T__T



I'm excited for the next chapter, but waiting for an entire month is pretty difficult, especially with the plotline turning more complicated each chapter.



I kind of miss Lavi, but at the same time, I'm glad Hoshino-sensei took the time to focus on Kanda's past; I think he was kind of ignored/in the background in a few arcs.



Things should pick up now that Alma is awake to cause some havoc!!!

Even though the art wasn't the best, I actually enjoyed the D.Gray-man action.

So, now it's time for Lavi to show up and help kick Alma's ass. Please?
