D.Gray-man Chapter 186 Discussion

The chapter was a good introduction to Kanda's past(although I am a hardcore Kanda-hater, please Kanda fans don't kill me -hides-). But, I agree, the hiatus is really a punch in the groin. >_< And we lack LAVI!!!!!!!!!



About the hiatus, that is just a rumor. Besides, Hoshino-sensei and Obata-sensei did work before together. And you never know, maybe that design was her idea originally. And, as someone stated before, why wait for a month before pointing it out? That is just a baseless rumor. Someone even made a pic were a panel with Miranda and one with L from Death Note were compared saying that that panel was copied. If that is plagiarism, them you might as well go out after every black haired character out there. Jeez....(this reasoning is taken from DGrayDivinity)

According to this, the idea of the Crow who has the black hole hand thingie mirrors a panel of one of Takeshi Obata's works almost exactly.  I highly doubt it's intentional, and that's a pretty common ability in anime/manga, so hopefully it'll be resolved quickly.

I thought the haitus was because there isn't gonna be a shonen jump issue this week, didn't know it was a plagiarism thing :/
