So what the hell are the crow? Are they akuma? They certainly aren't human or innocence.

Until further evidence been proved, I think only Innocence(anti-akuma weapon of course) and Noad's order can destroyed akuma. Since there is no mention that other people can't match up with an akuma or high level akuma in the series before, so it is possible that other than exorcist other stronger people can defeat a akuma, but not destroying them.



Yes, after the recovering of the ark, also after the HQ under siege arc, it really change a lot. Like the order/exorcist/Earl(to destroy the Heart Innocence) search of Innocence is becoming quicker, new people from central was introduced, crow was introduced, new HQ-function and other things also changed, and other. But I think it's because of changes that makes D Gray Man improve,interesting,awesome....and many more.



Currently the thing that really wanted to know for a long long time. How many Innocence been found and destroyed? How many Innocence left to find? Really hope I can get the answer soon.;)
