the way I see it, the generals were already stronger than the level 4 but just got caught by surprise and were just immolbilized for a bit.

Putting the actual fight aside, the best part was definitely "Yuu...You're so manly." xD

i agree.... i think this problem with the level 4 akuma took too long to be resolved. if hoshino could only make 18-19 page chapters... *sighs*

                ..That was stupid....So the Generals come out of nowhere after the level 4 nearly killed everyone and destroyed all the Innocence.. >_> Really that was just bad.

Seconded. I found the previous bits with Allen and Lenalee overpowered, but the Level 4's defeat was definitely believable for me. It's obviously very destructive, seeing as it did so much damage to Order HQ, but it's not like it actually went against a General until now, so I'm positive that if it was born where the Generals could actually detect it, it would've gone down pretty fast. Sucks how things turn out the way they do. This goes to show that Allen still has a ways to go until he's at Cross' level xD I'm glad that the Level 4 isn't stronger than berserker Tyki and that Hoshino managed to reestablish all the power levels.
