Those nen beasts are gonna give me nightmares for weeks. They're terrifying!! Which deep, dark recesses of his mind did Togashi drag them out from? They're like Stands + extinct animals + Alien vs. Predator + Parasyte lol
Ofc Tserriednich has the most terrifying one- the thing basically had the human centipede in its mouth, and I am not surprised it has a lady's face...he seems to enjoy murdering women so, yeah.
I feel sorry for his bodyguards tbh, especially Theta since she's gonna hafta teach Tsurried nen, knowing he's a crazy, murderous psycho. Those last few panels gave me chills.
On another note, I laughed at Izunabi saying the Prince's nen beast looked like fairies when its just some gross suction looking thing pouring out ugly insects XD
Anyway, this chapter was a game changer with the Princes slowly finding out about their nen beasts and some becoming curious about nen. It was also interesting to find out the conditions that have been set for all of them- the beasts can't attack each other, nor can they attack a Prince whom another nen beast is guarding.
Although I'm wondering if that second rule still applies when a beast isn't with its host (as in the previous chapter where they all went to scope out Woble & co.)??
The King seems to want his kids to fight head-to-head, with the nen beasts being something akin to a guard or retainer to aid them with everyone else who isn't a prince just acting as fodder. Kinda screwed up, really.
Also, Tsurreid...Hisoka called...he wants his hairstyle back rofl
