Nice chapter. Not only shows Ging doing his smooth tactics, but quite memorial with some previous Hunters of the manga.


Btw, Ging kinda reminds me of Yusuke Urameshi.

I think the queen has eaten Kaito's brain, and left the remaining of Kaito's body for Neferupitou's have fun.

I eeeeeeeed out loud at the spread of Hunters coming to vote. I totally saw the shoes and knew exactly what would be on the next page - holy hips, Hisoka!


I loved absolutely everything about this chapter. Seeing it, it pretty much confirms that Togashi wanted to finish the Chimera Ant arc to get back to characters everyone knows and loves and misses. That Leorio and Kurapika didn't show up makes me wonder if they'll show up in the next few chapters - it seems like it would be foolish to go back to the old gang and not bring them back.

i also had to go back to check out the girlie mags...didn't notice them but they are in keeping with netero's  personality.  I also think hisoka meant illumi.  he seems to be basing his ratings on the people he sees (maybe using gyo or en) and ging is definately not there.  wonder what he'd rate super saiyan gon and killua now?


i ended up with alot of questions after reading this chapter:

I wonder why illumi wants to assassinate his missing brother?  i wonder why the brother IS missing?  i wonder why illumi favors killua over the missing brother?  i wonder why the bother with the spiders is equally determined to find this missing brother no matter what?  i wonder what illumi needs hisoka for?  i wonder what hisoka will do with all this new information?  i wonder what killua is negotiating for?

Makes sense now that I think about it. Same author made both yu yu and hxh. Also, Yusuke wanted to also have a lot of fights which equal to fun and excitement for him which is similar to Ging's desire for a real hunt. Besides that, they both look similar and were acting similar in this chapter. Damn, If only they made Yu Yu longer.


Anyways this was my favorite chapter of Shounen jump this week. Ging's whole plan, his quote "If my target moves just as I want them to...now that's a real hunt," and also his whole childishness at the end of the chapter with his desire to know the outcomes. I'm just shocked that he only got 7 votes.


Anyways this was probably one of the bests chapters for awhile. Had a lot of different aspects that I didn't know before in this chapter and so much happened. Never knew that there were only 661 hunters in the world lol and I didn't really know Killua had another brother. It seems like the bro wants to kill Killua because he said that at this rate they'll both die. Maybe that brother was meant to be the special and most promising of the Zaolydecks(whichever way you spell it) and once Killua was born they said now Killua would be the most promising or something. Hisoka's entrance was sort of refreshing and he also seems to be known amongst even the 12 zodiacs. I love how he was looking for a strong opponent and was ranking them by points but what did he say was 95 points before Illumi came. Was he referring to  Illumi or Ging? Also the recount of the votes was pretty cool but it still seems like Pariston is going to win.

Damn, Togashi really is something, he comes up with the most intelligent and original aspects out of nearly all the shounens I've watched or read.
