Leorio's is over, for the most part. He wasn't out trying to get revenge (Kurapika), he wasn't on a quest to find his father or some other relative (Gon), and he wasn't trying to get away from his family or his brother's influences (Killua). Leorio didn't have much of a storyline to begin with, but Kurapika technically still does. The Spider Gang still exists and they're still living and stuff. That storyline needs to be closed off as well. I know I'd feel incredibly cheated if the story ended after the defeat of all the Chimera Ants and then nothing be done about the Spider Gang or even the storyline of Killua's brother being a member of the Spider Gang because he wants to bring Killua home.
There are still too many loose ends, and right now, those loose ends that need to be tied together is everything dealing with Killua's brother, everything dealing with Kurapika, and everything dealing with the Spider Gang. And where the heck is Hisoka? What has he been up to?

I dunno, felt kind of weird that whole transformation. But then again, maybe it has to do with Gon being reinforcement. Being to adjust his body and all.
Edit: Also, it seems this is really the end for Kaito as well

Where exactly does it say that?? I haven't seen anything about it returning to hiatus.
Also, something about this chapter doesn't sit right with me. The fight was over too easily. The cost for Gon to accomplish this was too high. It feels as if Togashi-sensei is setting this up for an abrupt ending (and I'll hate him forever if he does, because I've been following this since the beginning and waiting so long for this crap is crap).
There's a couple directions I see this going in.
1. Gon's energy peak forces Ging to come to him, Ging's return comforts Gon, he calms down and reverts to his 10-year-old self and that's the end of the series.
2. His goal of getting rid of Pitou complete, Gon reverts to his 10-year-old self without the ability to use Nen. He goes on a quest to rediscover himself and in such discovers his father and is once again complete.
I just don't see this working without something drastic such as the appearance of Ging occurring. I'm not happy with this chapter. It's too far removed from what's expected from the characters or the story.
