Hunter x Hunter Chapter 91 Discussion

                        Nobunaga is a scary guy, really intimidating. I've always liked this part between him and Gon. Also, lol at Gon nearly busting Hisoka.

Yeah, that moment with Gon/Killua/Hisoka was great XD. Also got a good chuckle out of Shizuku & Franklin but the part with Nobunaga & Gon is definitely the highlight. One of my favorite moments in the entire series.

Gon is incredibly written.

He's amoral so he doesn't give a single shit that the Spiders go around comitting genocide, but he gets pissed when he finds out how hypocritical they are, valuing some lifes and not valuing others. This is probably one of my favourite Gon moments.



Character interactions in HxH are really well thought out and entertaining, and this chapter is evidence no. 1.

That Gon/Killua/Hisoka moment is probably one of the funniest in the series. I especially like Killua and Hisoka's reaction to it.



And of course, the arm wrestling is great. Nobunaga shows his human side and Gon gets angry.



Overall, I really like this bit where we as the reader know of both Gon and Killua's story and of Kurapika's story, but the actual characters don't. And now both story lines start to merge, without the characters knowing. Killua realises that in this chapter too though.

GREAT moment with Gon. They're still in a very rough position though, I wonder if Hisoka will do anything.



Also that random page earlier about Phantom Troupe arm wrestling placements became relevant.

I really had to laugh when they spotted hisoka and they were like 'hm we don't know each other' until gon busted it xD.



The speech of gon against nobunaga was priceless.
