NANA Chapter 81 Discussion

After watching the Anime, iv now read the manga to this chapter and (the whole manga) is by far one of the best ive every read.



i cant wait to see what comes next, iv always had the feeling that ren/nana dies in the end. because of these: "nana/hachi... do you remember[]" comments!



i have to say that in the middst of this manga until 7x or something, i didnt care that much what happend around nana, because i was way more worried about hachi's situation. to me, she the strongest person among them all, i just want to see her happy once in (the end) this manga, without wearing a mask...



about the ren-boy, its definitly not hachis ive would bett alot that he is the fruit of the takumi x reira night back in tokyo(or the "time by myself" takumi mentioned in chp81). because otherwise he wouldnt be as old as he looks(just a little younger then satsuki-chan does)!



i actually dont want to see hachi getting hurt anymore that badly but i want to know for sure.



god damn, that takumi bastard is such a cold hearted idiot, like he said in chapter 74:

"Simply for the sake of my job"

"I sacrificed everything, and now iam getting the retribution for it"

"It is no suprise that Nana does not want to come with me"

about reira, with this "i just want to destroy everything that takumi treasures" she died for me. In the end shes really nothing more then a pampered rich selfish and childish bitch princess, destroying everything for her on greed... god damn i hate her so much(right after she broke up with shin).

after knowing that the child she awaits is from takumi, she definitly tried to break up hachi x takumi, in an awefull and horrible way... for sure.

Happy ending or not doesn't matter..:D



Anyway, chap 81 was interesting~I'm really feeling bad for Miu and the final  moment with Nana and Hachi was anespected..

i wish i knew what the translation is ;_; i'm so eager to read it!

Mannn these final (to date) chapters are just solidifying Nana as an all-time favorite. And I am not a big shojo guy at all. Nor much of a crier, but here… Everything’s falling to pieces, as it does often enough in adult life. Raw, powerful stuff.



Shame Viz hasn’t translated 81-84; would be cool if they dropped them on the manga app, but I’m sure Japan would be Japan about the prospect… And I’m guessing there’s no tankobon period due to Yazawa’s hiatus…

it was very sad chapter :'(

especially the part when Nana is hyperventilating and crying and Hachi is embracing her T_T

I feel so sorry for Nana :(

I wish Ren didn't die :'(

I was a very sad and touching episode indeed, can't wait for more u_u

and I couldn't help thinking: yuri! hell yeah!
