To think that watching this part in the anime made me think Nobu was the less messy one but he just appearing to question her was probably not the greatest idea lol but then in this story everyone love their "not the best choice" ideas xD; I noticed how there was a contrast how Nobu would talk to Nana.K about being there for her and to protect her and everything but when the push come to shove he's just a mess too, so similar they were that they were never meant to last long.
