                        Jeezus, Itto is a mad man. To go up against a small army with no fear and still conquer them is an incredible showcase of willpower and strength. After Retsudō had his men find Itto, they all rode out on their horses to his location so that they could cut him down and get the package back. Itto is already expecting them, so he's preparing for their arrival. First the Kurokuwa have surrounded Itto, but they made the mistake of fighting him straight on, thinking that mere numbers would be enough to bring him down. Itto was able to handle them easily, but one man went after Diagoro. Diagoro was able to hold his own ground and use the Nagamaki from the cart as a surprise attack and kill the Kurokuwa ninja. Nicely done by Diagoro. Barely 3 years old and he has now earned his first kill.

After Itto has finished off these Kurokuwa men, he takes Diagoro and leaves. Retsudō is angry that the Kurokuwa couldn't complete the mission, but he still must face the Yagyu's best riflemen and archers. As Itto approaches the riflemen, he uses the multi barrel gun equipped in his cart to take them all out and then has Diagoro jump onto his back so that he can charge in with his sword and Nagamaki to kill the rest. Retsudō is off in the distance watching all of this unfold, but once again, the men he has sent to kill Itto are the ones to die in the end. Itto is freaking badass. That was amazing.
