Quite a chapter for Super Buu. His walking around to gauge the humans left on Earth then killing most of them is one of the most impressive and threatening things any character has done. And visually it was spectacular too, even Hercules thought they were fireworks. I do love the remnants of Buu's affection for Hercules lingering in him. Piccolo using Videl to get him to agree to the hour demand, Buu's angered reluctance at agreeing to it, and him sparing Hercules with that attack are all great. Also, Toriyama has no real obligation to show that Tien & Chiaotzu survived that attacked but I'm glad he did.
