Always liked this "fight", it still ends simply because Goku is overwhelmingly more powerful but it's not delivered through fisticuffs or ki blasts, so it stands out as something different. I've always liked this segment and set-up of the story, giving the fighters all one-on-one battles, they're not all great mind you, Pui Pui was a joke but it was cool to see Vegeta just effortlessly thwart someone I guess. But the level game structure here and the one-on-one bouts are still fun.
