Dragon Ball Chapter 429 Discussion

I really do like Goten and Trunks as characters. They add a lot of needed fun back to Dragon Ball.



Goten even gets a hobby, as we see him finding a bug in a previous chapter and holding a bug-catching net in this one. That's more than we know about many of the older characters.



Trunks is also a great addition to Vegeta's character. At this point, we can finally see Vegeta stop acting as a selfish villain all the time. He actually takes his son to the amusement park (or says he will), which I would say is probably the first good thing we see him do in the series.

Again, I just find the interplay between Gohan & Videl very amusing, and Goten's injections definitely help too (spilling the whole beans on Goku coming back to life). My particular favourite moment was how excited Gohan got when he heard that Videl wouldn't mind her father losing, that's so sweet.

Biddle can fly, and all is ready to the new tournament!!!

                        Trunks surprising Vegeta was new ... Videl did pretty good being able to fly after training for just ten days..........

I enjoyed fatherly Vegeta and Gohan with Videl was decent

another chapter that i feel is kind of "empty". even videl and gohan chemistry wasn't like previous chapter. though i did liked vegeta and trunks moments lol

and i still feel that the backgrounds are in serious lack. not in details, but in lack of backgrounds.
