Dragon Ball Chapter 427 Discussion

                        Goten is four years old and can already turn super saiyan..its funny that he can't fly though....

LoL at gotten super sayan transformation. toriyama hasn't lost his comedy touch from the first days of DB.



all while now, this whole "fly learning" feeling little out of place. it should be more in the background of the story than main one.



i wasn't sure of it, since it's been kinda long since i read DB, so i had to go back in the middle of the episode, but after doing that i was sure of it - the backgrounds in this episode were worse than usual. it might be for the fact that this was more action chapter than usual.

Gohan can transformed in Saiyan, but he cann´t fly!!! kekeke

We finally get to know Goten a bit and he's a fun character. I like how he feels very different from Gohan. A bit reminiscent of Goku with his nonchalant attitude, but really he is his own character. I'm not a fan of him having the same exact hair as Goku, but because of Toriyama's change in artstyle, he atleast looks somewhat different.



Goten being a super saiyan might diminish the seriousness of the previous arcs, but I'm all for it. I'm all onboard for some Toriyama comedy.
