This was pretty class from Gohan, his rage and inhibitions were well built up as well. It was brutal and I love that.

Android 16 wasn't that developed compared with the anime version. His love for birds and nature seems more like an informed attribute than anything. The anime managed to make the scene better.

always felt that something was weak in the anime presenting SS2 power in killing those cell jr, like it was "renewed SS" like it suppose to was lol. the manga just showing gohan cutting their heads with single swaps. truly amazing power showing.

another thing the anime ruined, is the "lightning" of the SS2. the anime showed many times in power-ups lightnings, like in trunks vs cell, so when they showed SS2 the changing is almost non-showing. toriyama was pretty careful of that.

The debut of the iconic Super Saiyan 2. I always liked that Gohan didn't get the spiky hair attribute of the Super Saiyan form until this point, always made for a visual depiction of his mentality. This is definitely not the Gohan who we normally seen, the deaths of the Cell Jr's were pretty brutal, seeing there separated eyes among the remains and stuff. Not to mention, tracking down and killing that fleeing one. I also liked the full body shot of Cell with the full black background, helping express the level of shock.
