I love that Mai's reference point for big creatures is randomly a crocodile. Anyway, I knew the resolution here for ages despite never seeing this bit, and it is a pretty classic Dragon Ball solution. Seemingly frivolous, but then again, Pilaf was really the only character here who had a wish that wasn't, so nothing was really lost on the good guys side (except Goku's memento for his dead grandpa but you know, forget about that?)

I wonder how they will escape from there.

Of course the wish is actually sillier than the already silly ones the heroes seek. Such a classic Dragon Ball moment.
