Dragon Ball Illustrated Side Story Chapter 3 Discussion

All of those 3 chapters were great. But the Piccolo one & this Trunks one stood out more. It would have been really nice of 'yammer to give these kinds of chapter more often for other characters like Tien & Roshi. I highly doubt it. But one can wish.

                        "The Lonely Future Warrior! Trunks"



This one is probably the best one, it's really great. I, for one, never thought Trunks was such a well-developed character as most thought. His dynamic with Vegeta was interesting but the development went more towards Vegeta in the end rather than Trunks. And, of course, there's his terrific past as well, but that's about it. This special side-story really gives quite some depth to the character.
