Looks like Blue is not a weak guy.

lol at Blue & Bulma's interactions, Krillin's "I didn't know there were gay bad guys" was also pretty amusing. It is kind of a shame that it seems Krillin's main purpose for being here is that Blue can worf him, but on the flip side, it's nice that we're getting an antagonist who'll have some semblance of threat or power to him.

They might be evil, but it's good to know the Red Ribbon Army supports the LGBT community.



Considering this is from 80's Japan, it's not handled that badly at all. Blue's sexuality is mainly here to make Bulma the butt of the joke. Her seduction doesn't work and Blue continues to be a force to be reckoned with.
