That announcement might be how many more chapters are left until the series ends. Since its "surprising" I can't see it being anime since that wouldn't surprise anyone. Still whatever it might be I'm looking forward to it.



Could be an animated film. They have trolled fans many times about a remake of Benizuka and then it actually happened. And since they trolled fans about the film set in the Joui War, it could be that. IDK, what else would be more surprising?

this final arc is fantastic so far.  and im sure nobume is ok guys.



and dude, gintoki, you stabbed through both of a guys arms and into his mouth, ran him through a crowd of mooks where he was impaled by random weapons, and then jumped into the air and pile drived him into the ground. with a wooden sword.

Also, Gintama will have a major announcement next week! It's getting a cover page and color page. WSJ called the announcement 'surprising' so it's likely it'll be an anime! I want them to animate all the unadapted chapters rather than the Rakuyou arc (I want RDB arc and final arc to be animated together!)
