Jirochou was mentioned a few chapters ago so I think there's a high chance that he will come back.

I really think gintoki is either gonna get slaughtered here or utsuro is just gonna walk away. The way they are talking, it looks like we're gonna be getting an Amanto war 2.0. So I don't think we are getting the final confrontation before the huge army battles.
