Yeah, they are too powerful considering they don't have death scythes yet and Maka has one. Things are very strange. Where is that death-scythe power?
Now pulled a lot of shit out of the book and considering how that Mosquito guy got nailed by one worm am wondering how he can't still win. Are BlackStar and Kidd that good or was that Mosquito guy just surprised?
Btw i need my Meduca. For me she's the only real rival of the good guys in this show.

Mad Black Star is awesome, Kid comes right after him but Noah has all sort of crap in his book, what is that dragon?!
Maka is replacable, she is a fucking bitch, she can't do shit without Soul and don't tell me that's because they are a team.
thats what i got from this chapter, Justin look at the moon and said my god, then said in another page he was talking and looked at the moon with 1 eye and said something like i have his location and going to follow his orders now...
and also agree on that Maka part. personally i believe since the start the Mangaka made a mistake in using a female lead... tho he gave each of the 3 mains a counter sex partner. he seems to intentionally make Soul Weak over Maka in Soul not being able to do anything on his own as a weapon when Giriko Justin Liz Patty even Tsubaki can Harvar who is much like Soul in terms of weapon can fight seriously alone too... this manga just made Soul weak looking to portray a strong female. yet she just comes off as a bitch. unlike Tsubaki Liz Patty they are strong counterparts to their strong masters.
Soul and Maka's power also sure she can detect Souls and even witches and stuff so she can be a dangerous info gather. But their fighting strength is also because of an accident black blood infection via and enemy. which is what they use each time to win.
Oh and is it me or the Dragon's face were mimic of Jason from the Friday the 13th movies, and Leatherface The Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie, Im sure the 3rd one is something too for now i will say Black Panter ???
