Mammon's face when he saw that the most important part of the letter was illegible made my day. XD But really, the fact that Fran's still here is what made me the happiest. xD
His new hat. I liked the froggy one better. This one looks like a turnip? Wtf.

I quite surprisingly like this chapter. Doesn't anyone find Mammon strangely cute in general in this chapter? xD And the Varia's hilarious and awesome as usual.
Next couple chapters should be amusing especially since they are probably going to focus on Fran.
Oh and also...Fran was Varia's leader what? o.O Then what about Xanxus? (Maybe problems with translations...?)

Ok, everyone seems to be freaking out about the whole 'leader' thing, so I decided to clarify it for everyone..

If you look at the note right above Squalo's face, you'll see that it says 'leader- leading, upper ranking member'
Ofc he's not gonna replace Xanxus, he's just going to be a higher ranked officer like he was in the future(seeing as Viper said he is going to take a leave from the Varia for some time)

Oh okay. I didn't notice the little note there. But thank you very much for the clarification. Recruiting Flan as an "upper ranking member" definitely makes a lot more sense (:
