And about Tsuna's decision, it'll probably make him the same as previous bosses, wanting revenge and all.



I dont really think his motives are the same as the rest. At the end, he agreed to the ceremony is to protect his friends and to catch the culprit. If he still refused to hold the ceremony, the fight for delitto will continue and more of his friends will be in danger. Tsuna's not the kind who's up for the reason of revenge.
