Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Chapter 278 Discussion

I still consider Hitman better then most Shounen titles since at least the powerups have some meaning behind them. The rings not being at full strength was interesting, im hoping there ends up being some interesting revelation behind the trinisette policy (unless that was the revelation..) the battle itself was pretty much Tsuna owning Byakuran, im curious to see some of Byakuran's attacks though, considering he beat Mukuro so easily a really long time ago

I hope they don't censor Tsuna ripping off Byakuran's wings too hard in the anime.

nah with so many questions still up in the air i doubt it will end after this arc.



I also think that Reborn won't end after this arc but I'm kinda curious what the next are will be all about? There are no more villains left if I'm not mistaken...

Maybe it will be about the Arcobanelo? They're still the least explained, and a couple haven't even been featured in the story yet...

Well, since it is the final, final (hopefully) final fight with the main villain of the arc, any long-running shonen manga is bound to get a little DBZ syndrome... I was a bit worried about the series in the earlier chapters, when the author set up the final encounters with that roulette game, then just kind of ditched it after one battle.



I do have to agree, that whole "I'm only using half" rebuttal was pretty great. Hokey, sure. Cliched, sure. But still great.



So the real question is, will the series actually end after this?...

hey, hey, the final boss has turn on his maximum potential so fast, i was wanting more action in his normal state but the vongola primo ghost time travel thing is actually interesting.

That was some huge power-up that Tsuna got from there. He completely owned Byakuran. But it looks like he's not yet serious and the real fight will start next chapter. Finally, the EPIC battle will begin once again :D

Yeah, you got that right. Anything that Tsuna says when in Hyper Dying Will Mode is badass ^^

I'm hoping so as well but, it's anime... and, well... you know what you'll expect (There isn't even blood there >.<)

I loved Byakuran's face when Tsuna hit him in the head.

Good chapter. I predicted this would happen, but this is what i wanted.

The new forms of the ring don't look half bad =O, but what a turn around.
