                        A new arc has begun! But it's a short one until Battle City begins, but that's fine. I could use a short little transitionary period before another long arc.

So Yugi has a new rival coming his way. The new character, Ryuji, (who has a pretty cool character design) has entered the picture and is after Yugi to settle a grudge match that began with his father who was defeated by Yugi's grandpa many years before our story here began. Yugi's grandpa is facing his own little crisis due to his rival setting up a game store across the street from his and they have new exclusive rights to games that are taking customers away from his business.

Ryuji has just played a parlor trick on Jonouchi to win a bet he set, in which the loser must do whatever the winner requests of them for one week. Ryuji plans to get to Yugi by using Jonouchi to tear their friendship apart.

He's going to learn the hard way though that that won't be an easy task at all, but this should be interesting.
