Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Chapter 96 Discussion

Now that was a cool chapter. Yugi's set up at the beginning was simply brilliant. Then playing his Summoned Skull to take out Suijin in combination with the activated trap card Yugi had previously set up was a nice move. After that talk in a previous chapter about the Red Eyes Black Dragon not being too useful in this situation, us readers were left to forget about it and that played perfectly into the mangaka's hand by now using Joey's Trump card (REBD), to combine with Yugi's Summoned Skull using the Polymerization card, thus creating their ultimate teamwork combination, the Black Skull Dragon. Next chapter should decide the outcome.

                        Yugi and Joey do not seem taken aback that much, and fair well against the Gate Guardian. They play various combos and even manage to destroy one of the guardian parts, specifically; Suijin of the water element. Then they both combine some of their strongest cards for a boss monster of their own making; The Black Skull Dragon! (such original names I know)
