Hrmmm . . . Was that a flashback, or did they go to the past? Cause it implied they affected the decision of what to name their daughter, however at the same time wouldn't the grandma have remembered the two of them? I mean it's possible they would forget, however what about the father? I feel like even if Makoto is cross dressing as a woman, they would atleast think "Wow you look very similar to this guy I saw"
